Introduction

Tim and I actually met at a lesbian martini bar called Ms. Kittys on Main Street (yup, you read that right lol). My friend convinced me to go out to see her friend's band (VacancY) and I met Tim (the front man) after the show. That night Tim agreed to help my band (The PIMMS) with some recording and we met up again a few weeks later.

After a few recording sessions, we loved Tim's input so much that we asked him if he wanted to be a permanent part of the band. Tim agreed and the rest is pretty much history.

A few months went by and Tim and his long-time girlfriend parted ways. We spoke at length on the phone about his situation and eventually, the possibility of dating, but we thought it might be better to let some healing time pass.

After a little while we realized that waiting for the sake of waiting seemed like a silly idea, because we knew somewhere deep down that this relationship was going to be stronger and more meaningful than any before.

Growing up I remember people always using that horrible cliche, “You’ll know when you know,” and it always made me want to smack someone! But, I’ve found in my own relationship that it really is true. It only took a few weeks for us to realize that we were made for each other.

After our first trip to Disney World, long story short - we loved it. We heard Disney hosted 1500 weddings a year, and checked out the gazebo at Sea Breeze Point.

We set a date for
